Business identity

IReAdapt Vision is a service division of IReAdapt LLC. References to “IReAdapt Vision,” “we” or “us” refer to IReAdapt LLC operating this service.

Services are individualized

Website information is general and is not medical, legal or emergency advice. Scope, scheduling, deliverables, travel and professional requirements are confirmed before individualized work begins. Availability outside Wisconsin depends on local law, professional requirements, technology, language and scheduling.

Support plans

Monthly plans renew until canceled through the member billing portal or by contacting IReAdapt Vision. Included minutes, additional rates and rollover rules are those shown at purchase. Additional work is not performed without authorization when a separate charge applies.

Digital resources

Purchased downloads and training materials are licensed to the purchaser for personal or internal organizational use unless a different license is stated. They may not be resold, publicly posted, shared outside the licensed audience or used to create a competing product.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Stripe processes online payments. Any refund, cancellation or rescheduling terms presented for a specific service or product also apply. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, delivered digital products and completed service time are nonrefundable.

Accounts and security

Keep account credentials private and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Access may be suspended for misuse, nonpayment or security concerns.
